Insights Discovery is a powerful personality profiling tool, which can be used with teams and individuals to help them understand what makes them tick and how to make the most of it. It enables people to improve relationships and communicate more effectively. It forms a foundation for developing high performing teams and people.
The Insights Discovery model is based on four colour energies and focusses on behavioural preferences. It enables you to explore a range of topics from your communication style, strengths, weaknesses, blind spots and management style. It is not a measure of how clever you are, how good at your job you are or how nice a person you may be. The tool is designed to develop self-awareness and then, most importantly, identify how you can use that knowledge to become even more effective. That could be with your team, direct reports, clients or stakeholders. Many of our clients often find it relevant with their family too (though this is not a service we currently offer).

Insights Discovery is particularly effective in a team context. It enables team members to deepen relationships and accelerate the team-building process by understanding each other and identifying effective ways of working to become high performing. Whether the team has only just formed, has lost their mojo or wants to take their performance to the next level, introducing Insights Discovery © lays a solid foundation to build on. Team effectiveness can then be assessed to see how the team is performing and diagnose any issues. The Insights Discovery profile is generated by answering a short online questionnaire. The Foundation profile has 20 pages, and additional chapters can be added on as and when you need them, including Sales Effectiveness and Management.
